Every care is taken to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. When you receive your order, please make sure you handle it with great care. 


If you’ve ordered a larger print and it arrives in a poster tube, the best way to remove the print from the tube without creasing or tearing is to pull carefully on the tissue paper – rather than the print itself.

All images on this website are representational illustrations and/or photographs which may have been adapted for the best viewing experience. Monitor settings can also vary, so the image/colours on your screen might be slightly different to the actual print you receive. They will differ from published version in the original picture book in that they will be a superior, more accurate colour representation of the original artwork. 

Edition numbers are assigned to each print chronologically during signing, but it is not possible to specify which edition number you will receive due to our storage and packaging system.


If you live in the UK, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. 

If you live outside the UK, please allow up to 20 working days for delivery. 

We cannot be responsible for international duties or taxes, so if necessary please seek your own advice on this prior to placing 

an order.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged during shipping. Risk of loss and damage is passed to you once the parcel is in the possession of the postal service or courier. If parcels go missing or are returned to us as unclaimed – because the address you provided was incorrect or inaccessible, or because you didn't collect the parcel from a delivery depot in time – additional payment will be required to arrange a second shipping. 

If we notice the address is incomplete before shipping, we will do what we can to contact you for the full address.


If, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel and receive a full refund (minus P&P charges). To qualify for a refund, the item must be sent back to us in perfect condition, in its original protective packaging (please mark the envelope or tube 'RETURN'), within 14 days of receiving your order. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

We want you to be 100% happy with your goods but if you should find anything wrong with your order please message us via 'Contact' immediately and we’ll find a way to resolve it.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned items while in transit. If you decided to return an order by post, please use a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service. Unfortunately, return shipping costs cannot be refunded.
